Final Fantasy 13

What a good 6 months, we have played the hell out of FFXIII, 100% completed, but it is so so tempting to start playing it again. Anyway now for a slight diversion from the final fantasy 13 usual chatter – There is something else springing up all around the internet, namely the new big thing – cosplay, only better – this is cosplay about Final fantasy. I have seen this boom from small roots in the far east, now it seems every country has a contingency of final fantasy costume people. For example in the uk you can actually find final fantasy costume sections in online fancy dress shops – which kind of highlights how popular it is – if theres a market then its popular.

Scouting around it seems like final fantasy 7, 8, X and now XIII are the most popular games to try to cosplay like, with especially lots of Yuna, Rikku, Tiff and Aerith costumes out there – which isn’t bad because usually the girls look stunning in them. I have also seen some fantastic Cloud, Vincent and Tidus costumes – it just brings back all the memories of the old final fantasy games, makes me want to play through them all again – I might have to go and dig out my old Playstation one and finalfantasy 7+8, that or go and find some stuff to make some epic costume with. WOOOOO a new hobby.
