Final Fantasy 13

Download Final Fantasy 13? What too? I was reading some discussion boards about final fantasy 13 and some people are saying Square Enix are going to let you download the full game of ff13 strait to your ps3/pc hard-drive? Somehow I find it completely illogical that they would offer a downloadable copy of ffxiii to hardware. This game has been a long time in development and judging from the early screenshots we have seen, as well as some of the amazing finalfantasy13 trailers we can tell its going to be a HUGE game, we are talking 20gb plus for ps3 version. Thats a lot to download, even at todays high speed broadband capacity.

So if you want to download final fantasy 13 the question really is why? the game is going to be huge, and well worth the £40 or whatever small sum your going to pay for it.  If Square Enix does announce that the game will be available for pay per download/ downloadable content then we will of course let you know here – but as at this point we don’t think its a possibility!

Some times messageboards harbour some really unthoughtout ideas, but you never know – they might suprise us! there will of course be more than one game in the ffxiii series so one could of course guess that there may be downloadable final fantasy 13 content in some of the other games on other platforms (although ps3 may still have content to download..its yet to be seen!)
